All transactions on ph633 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ph633 does not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency or credit card gambling deposits.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph633 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ph633.one (the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on ph633, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times.
1.3 ph633 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the ph633 Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. ph633 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph633 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ph633 Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). ph633 is required to verify the identity of its Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any other time ph633 deems necessary.
3.6 Disqualified Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ph633: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of ph633 or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph633 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph633 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. ph633 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ph633 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, with prior notice to the Player.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the ph633 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph633 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
5.3 Prohibited Payment Methods. ph633 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via: (a) any form of cryptocurrency; (b) credit cards for gambling deposits, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations. Attempts to use prohibited payment methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.
5.4 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Verified withdrawals via GC ash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. ph633 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Real money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds are not withdrawable and may only be converted to real money funds upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. ph633 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.
5.7 Player Funds Protection. Real money funds deposited by Players are held in accounts segregated from ph633's operational funds. This ensures that Player funds are protected in the event of ph633's insolvency.
6.1 ph633 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph633 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
6.5 ph633 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts.
7.1 Fair Play. All games available on the ph633 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published for all applicable game titles.
7.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, ph633 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. ph633 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph633 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected during a game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. ph633 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
7.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in ph633's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes by contacting ph633 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph633 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting ph633 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or participate in any games. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9.3 Age Verification. ph633 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and any funds deposited will be returned, less any amounts already wagered.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph633.
10.3 The ph633 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of ph633. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph633 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
11.2 ph633's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 ph633 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph633's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ph633 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 ph633 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable Philippine law and its regulatory obligations.
12.3 ph633 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph633 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
13.1 ph633 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph633 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.
14.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your ph633 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
14.2 Closure by ph633. ph633 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; (c) suspected money laundering or other illegal activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; (e) any other reason ph633 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with its regulatory obligations.
14.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph633 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph633 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 ph633 operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.3 In the event of a dispute between you and ph633 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Dispute Submission Deadline. Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the ph633 Platform must be submitted within six (6) months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims submitted after this period will be time-barred.
